Who I am
I am a leader that understands that it is not about how much you know, but how you deliver and convey the importance of applying the principles you’re teaching. I am the founder of One Word Leadership Solutions LLC (O.W.L.S.), which is a corporation that offers real time solutions for personal growth. I have accomplished the things that I have by breaking through barriers and embracing change. I have worked my way through corporate america and have become a successful, mentor, teacher, speaker and coach. However all that doesn't change who I am at my core which is a wife, mother, grandmother and believer that all things are possible if you make the choice to invest in yourself. My focus is giving back what I have learned about leadership so others can benefit and add value to their lives.
Who Is O.W.L.S
Owls are considered wise in our culture mainly because they can see in darkness and capture their prey. Just like owls, we need to discover the darkness in our Leadership and capture the skills to bring our Leadership in to the light...O.W.L.S.

Why I do this
My passion in life is adding value to the lives of everyone I touch. Leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out. In articulating my vision in One Word I have found radical success. It is important to me that everyone takes advantage of an opportunity to grow their Personal Leadership. I created this corporation to reach out to community, corporations and individuals desiring to add value to themselves which they intern transfer to others.
